Credit check without my permission

I'm so angry... I went to check my credit report I realized that home choice did a credit check on my name that time they are busy calling me saying I qualify for credit I told them all the time I'm not interested if I want something I'll buy it cash but no they went on and did a credit check without my permission. And they don't not understand if I say they should stop calling me.
