Creating bad debt

Firstly I overpaid them earlier in the year by ony +/-R111 but was never refunded. I ordered products for an event in August and never received it but am since being billed for it.This is creating a bad credit record because why should I pay for something I never received and advised them about.

The call center agents either transfers the call or tell you they will get the relevant department to make contact.I am irritated by the fact that they hound me all day for sales, and when you eventually place your order they mess it up along with the account. I dont think they deserve any star rating, but according to this website I UNFORTUNATELY have to rate the service.
