I have been a loyal customer for many years now, I have always promoted HC, I have always recommended HC BUT have recently been very very disappointed with the quality of my purchases. I make sure I pay my account on time and this is such a letdown from HC. My Level of frustration is so high I feel like I can just chuck every recent purchase in the bin! I was requested to sent back some of the items and until to date have not received a call from Homechoice, i keep calling HC like an idiot every week to find out what is happening with my account. I have requested a full breakdown on what was done on my account but has still not received this, their call centre agents keep saying they will request information and never gets back to me.I get calls from HC regarding sales but not to sort out my query.I understand that HC is a well established company but it doesn't give them the right to dis-regard paying customers.
