Courier service pathetic

RTT is the worse courier service I have ever had to deal with!!! First of all they request an ID on delivery, which is not acceptable as identify ***** is a very real problem in South Africa. And it is so unnecessary as they send a 'pin' to your phone. Second of all they send my parcel back to you after they were unable to locate me once, they did not even try a second time. And that after I contacted them 3 times to make new arrangements. No really, why use a business that is clearly not capable of doing the job properly?
