Courier and Tracking Info ‼️ massive issue ‼️

Homechoice is so slow responding to emails and messages but oh be sure they can phone you 10times a day to sell their products. I have been trying to find out which courier company is delivering my order so that i can make arrangements to be home the right time. ‼️‼️‼️ but there is always an excuse. Stop telling us its a private company, we have the right to track our parcels. No other company is this secretive with tracking. Why ‼️‼️

Yes thats what i keep getting, i want the name of the courier company! I need to track it so i can make arrangements to be at home when its delivered

Customer service is very bad. I received my order today after i had to phone, email and complain non stop. This is not professional.

Please just tell your clients which couier company you send their parcels with. It would delete so many frustrations.
