Couches collection

I got a bad service coming from homechoice. My wife and i visited the johannesburg branch and bought L-shape couches. It was delivered in about 2 weeks or so, but the problem is that they delivered the wrong stuff. We phone the company before where it leaded us to cape town where we got a bad service on the phone. We where told they will collect after lockdown and it was like july on that time. What supriced is that they could deliver but then cant collect. We got second call still from cape town, as it was a very bad one too. That thy even dropped a call on us. We went to the branch but they escalated the issue, even now we still waiting. And the worse part they are full in the house we cant even sit properly as its wrong stuff. The guy from johannesburg branch gave us a number that we fone and doesnt exist. Like what kind of service are they providing? But they can phone u the whole week selling something to you but they cant deliver on time or give you gud service. Please help me thatbthis guys come and collect their stuff otherwise they will getbthem on the streets.
