Couch covers that are the wrong colour and does not wor****

<p>I purchased an entire set of Sally Couch covers. One of the colour options offered was black, which I ordered. When the parcel arrived the covers were a light grey. i contacted Homechoice upon which they informed me that the colour was correct. When i asked why it is not black they informed me that they refer to it as black, even though it is grey!!!! I decided that I could make the grey work as it was too much effort to return the couch covers. The Homechoice brochure advertises" your Handy couch cover grip" to prevent your couch cover from slipping March 2017 issue, page 125. My parcel arrived without those "couch cover grips". When i enquired about it I was told that it is just to show what you can do. My couch covers come off as soon as you sit on the couches due to it not having the "Couch Cover Grip" .Or anything that secures it in place. I have tried all sorts of means to make the covers stay, but to no avail. They look messy and untidy all the time! Why do they advertise"handy couch cover grips" when it is not included? And why do they sell couch covers that actually don't work??? And you only discover this once you use them!!!</p>
