Continued Failurre by Homechoice

I continue to be harassed by debt collectors and Homechoice for an account I have no knowledge of. I have submitted the necessary affidavit indicating that I have no knowledge of this account and did not receive any items from Homechoice. However, Homechoice continues to affect my credit rating and has not come back to me regarding whether the necessary investigations have been completed. I will submitting a complaint to the Credit Ombudsman going forward.
