Contemplating not being a customer

I have never been so disappointed with homechoice as I am today. Everytime I order within 2 days I have my order. Always get rep**** on my emails and get updates as they go. But now I placed order on Sunday received message on Monday order will be delivered with courier and today 3days later still no delivery. No one can answer me on where my parcel is. These items were a gift for a special occasion and was not here intime. Getting peoples hopes up by sending a sms but not doing as they are saying. If this does not get resolved I do not want to support homechoice anymore
