Consultant swearing at me and calling non stop

I have never seen an unprofessional company like home choice. from the 20th their consultant will keep calling you asking when will you make your payment, while its not month end as yet while I have never skipped my payments at all. The will be calling me 10 to 20 times a day which is irritating so much, One of the consultant said if I don't like how the work i must pay up the account and close it and she was swearing at me. I am going to take ******* action against this.
