CONSISTENT SALES CALLS

I would like to know why I am unable to speak to a manager when I request to? I get told that "The managers are not available as they are on the other side of the building" Seriously do you expect me to believe that to be the real reason? You are able to call me ON A DAILY BASIS to ask if I want to make a purchase, which I see as harassment, but not 1 manager can give me a call. So I am going to try this platform and see if a manager will try and make contact with me.
