Confirmation email hoax, order does not exist

I ordered a bedroom set at Homechoice online and received my confirmation email, stating that I will receive a sms as soon as my order is dispacted. Little did i know that my order, even with an order number does NOT exist. When I called the call center a few ago i was informed that my order does not reflect on my account and I was given no reason as why i did receive said email.

Today when i called them again I am informed that Homechoice does not deliver to my area, eventhough the confirmation email clearly states that my order will be delivered my my address.

The reason i ordered this is because my current bed is broken and I have been sleeping with my matress on the floor waiting for my new bedroom set to arrive.

Nowhere in the confirmation email was I informed that they could not deliver to my address. I mean ***. I do however have a feeling that come the end of the month I will be paying for this.
