Complaints about non-delivery of order

Worst online service company to deal with. For a company that claims they have been dealing with online sales forever they are the worst if not worse. I placed a cash order on 7 April and immediately made payment via credit card and every-time I checked on the system it says payment pending. When I inquired via their so called contact email nobody bothers to respond. On 25 April, I get and SMS that my order was cancelled as no payment was received, still no response on follow ups. There is not even an escalation email or an email dedicated to complaints. Now they are sitting with my money and doing nothing about it.
