Complaint- WARNING

People be careful out there.

I was going through my emails on the 23 of February and came across an email from homechoice as I have an account with them. When I opened the email it states they are preparing my order, I was so surprised because I never truly made any order which is a fridge. The funny thing is that January my husband had already bought (@game)the same fridge they claiming I ordered. I immediately emailed them stating my case told them to reverse the order because the email says they will call me as soon as the package has left the warehouse. They emailed me back saying the package has already left the warehouse they can’t reverse the order, yet the email stated otherwise. Their resolution was that I wait for the package to be delivered then after don’t sign for it, the courier company will take it back to the warehouse. Well I waited as they advised, instead of the fridge being delivered they sent the courier company to come collect the package so I was surprised how does that happen when I am waiting for the fridge to be delivered and sent them back. Few days after they sent the courier company again (twice) to collect the fridge after I told them there is no fridge. Ever since that incident I waited for their next move, on the Thursday last week I got a statement saying I owe R11859.00 for a fridge I don’t even have with me right now. I sent an email immediately asking about whats really happening and that they must investigate this matter, they never responded. I then sent another email few minutes ago and they say the fridge was ordered on the 23 February and delivered on the 25 February 2022 yet it was the same time I was communicating with them. Be careful guys
