Complaint still not resolved After 4months

This is my third complain on HelloPeter and the coutless complains i have made at HomeChoice. After 4 months i am still with a broken sleeper couch. I have even asked HomeChoice to come collect it because they dont wanna fix it. Everytime i spoke to a consultant no one was helpful for 4months, u can imagine how many consultants i spoke to especially when i call every week, almost 3 times a day. One lady i remember well FELICIA MOOI, was so rude over the phone when i spoke to her regarding my situation. Again i spoke to a lady by the name of CHRISTELLE \i am the only christelle at customer service"she said to me. She said i should give her 4days and i should call back and ask for her"
