COMPLAINT: Rude and disrespectful sales lady on phone - from Homechoice

Good day I would like to report a lady named Weziwe working at Homechoice call centre (She phoned at 10:53 from ***), she was very rude on the phone today, she called me and told me she is from Homechoice, I said Mem i dont want anything right now..........., before i could even finish, she said - BYEEEEEEEEE in a loud, disrespectful, cut off kind of way, like she didnt want to listen to my response, and she dropped the phone in my ear. Shocking attitude representing Homechoice. I wanted to actually tell her to rather contact me at the beginning of December as i will be getting all family members gifts, now i dont think Homechoice is the best place to buy. Train your call centre staff on customer care please. Thank you.
