Complaint of deducting my money without any reason so big amount around 3k

Hellopeter pls help me again my good people...today I recieved a call from a company I app**** for a car saying absa couldn't approve me to buy a car because of homechoice who deducting my money with no reason because I have never app**** for anything from their company....what ****ing me off is that the bank said m owing homechoice....so I would like you hellopeter to help me to tell homechoice to go clear my name from credits because I do not owe them anything & I've never buy anything & I will never buy I really not happy about what they are doing ...pls hellopeter I trust you .....to make them clear my name tomorrow pls
