Complaint

Got account with them for over 2 years. Pay every month my instalment, never ever received a statement nor messages about the stand of my account. After how many calls with airtime down the drain I manage to get them to phone me back just to ask if I want to buy anything when I said I need to find out about statements, the caller put the phone down. Really how do they operate?
