Complaint

Hie.i ordered cairo comforters from Homechoice on the 17th of September 2018 that was worth R2426.i ordered queen size with curtains,standard pillows and continental pillows.they delivered double size with continental pillows only.i had to return them back.i was charged R356 by postoffice.within 3 weeks they sent me my postage money without the refund that is 2430.they then sent me an email saying my money will reflect in the next seven days.its been a month now no money reflected in my account.they called me saying they that message was sent by mistake and they dont know when am going to get my money back.
