Complaint

I bought blankets online in march 2018 and never received them,after two months of order I asked for a refund they took my banking details and it's been 5 weeks no refund no reply,they not responding to my emails anymore,when I contact them,they can't find in their system, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I got from them.
