Made an order on the 5th for a smart tv. Emailed everything they requested on that day. And they promised someone will call me back to confirm everything and open up a free TV license for me for a year but nothing happend. Contacted them yesterday they promised someone will call me but nothing. Today I request a call back someone called when I started telling my case they hanged up on me.
