Hello, My name is hazel soko In 2015 I had an account with homechoice ifinished paying the account ,in 2018 someone purchased something under my name, luckily they've picked that up and stop the deal n the good were se Returned back to the shop,now I'm left with this huge credit under my name saying I'm owing them .I phoned them they say they are investigating, I ask for a letter so I can continue to buy a house cos I was declined because of homechoice they dont wanna assist me.so now I must loose the house fir something I didn't do,they didn't investigate last year when they saw that there's a *****, only now because I'm complaining they start with their investigation and that is delaying my application.can hellopeter assist me on this my account number is ***
