Complain

Good day I have purchased a Cellphone A51 Sumsung at Home choice and the phone was delivered however the phone was damaged i have called them notifying them of the damage they came to collect it in January till to date. I'm paying for a phone that i don't even get a respond as to how far and when am i getting my phone, i have called several times they keep on making promises that they cannot keep. For the phone I'm paying R836.99 Monthly. I want a refund or i want a new phone back.
