complain
i have a complain against Home Choice,They opened a *****ulent account using my personal details.Someone ordered a Hisense 508L Product code:814507,called them this morning to demand that they cancel the order because i did not order anything ,i spoke to one of their agent Nosipho ,she gave me ref number *** for my call.i demanded to speak to a Manager ,surprisingly i was told to write an email and make request a call back for the Manager to call me back,i gave them an hour to call me back still havent received their call as yet.

It seems like an every day thing to use other peoples information to make their *****ulent orders. Above is another order purchased under my name yesterday.Yesterday i had experience the same issue.I wish South Africans can open their eyes and pay attention to everything that happens with their personal details and accounts.This means POPI ACT Law is not taken into consideration in this company they do as they please with our information,with the experience im current in I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING AT HOME CHOICE.
