Complain

Such a bad company they not organized was told they sent me blankets and somebody signed for them and I never got those called them since last year I was told to send an affidavit that I didn’t get the items and never opened an account I sent the affidavit and was told my query will be solved in 30 days that was in January but till today nothing they keep calling me 5 times a day by the customer care that my account is in areas when I request to be transferred to ***** they tell they will send an email to them.. I have been following up on the matter but not getting any help sent Mark Wagenaar an email and only responded by ***** department will contact me tried contacting that ***** department by calling and sent emails bt no response from them. Just so ****ed of caz this is now affecting my business credit record
