Complain

One of the homechoice agent told me that,the agreement i've made with the previous one about paying on the 10th of july it was wrong because it will come with areas, therefore i have to pay on 5th of july bt still there no Debicheck sent on banking app but the other one of the 10th still exist.so what am i suppose to do now?thank you
