Competion not honoured

I would like to state that homechoice has lost all credibility with me. Last year they ran a competion where they said the winner will nominate a charity organisation of their choice and they will donate an amount of R10 000 to the charity. When the winner nominated our charity organization Ubudlelwane Enkosini Foundation, we were indeed contacted we provided all the information they needed including bank statements of our account. That was mid 2019. Until today no money has been paid to the organisation and we have contacted them a number of times and we are not getting any assistance. Why raise people's hopes by running false competions. If they still don't take this seriously we will go as far as a competition's board to report this.

Hello Homechoice are you ever going to take this matter seriously? Are you going to attend to my query or I'm just wasting my time?

I don't know anymore, it almost a month now since I posted here, almost 2 weeks now you have been sent the documents you requested, we have sent a follow up email to the complaints department still nothing is done. I don't think you take people seriously for the fact that you run false competitions to raise their hopes and then you do not deliver. Could you please take us seriously.

Good day complaints department
This matter has been dragging for a while now. Do you mind updating us as to when will this be put to rest? We have been forwarding documents and you have been coming up with nothing but excuses. How long does ot date to read the name of the organisation from the bank statements we have sent? And you never update us until we write to you. You ran a competion and you gave is false hope now you must honour yoir word, this is really disappointing to say the least
Regards Nontsikelelo

Thank you for finally doing what you promised to do. We received notification that funds were transfered to the organisation. I hope you never allow something like this to happen to anyone and in your business in the future.
