Commission not paid

I used to love home choice,did lot of my shopping there n recommended family n friends,till I became their sales agent, and got suspended for giving customer service to clients based in Namibia, Botswana.i use to hear from other clients saying your headoffice agent are rude,but didn't take it seriously till it happened to me, my commission is not paid n Asanda Miki who supposedly the one who has to assist has been avoiding every contact I have made with her via email,call. She hung up the phone n when I tried again told her colleagues to say she is not in her desk
