Come pick up your goods

Even a star is not enough for the service I received from homechoice. Ordered goods on the 2/04/2023.On the 4th laid a complaint which led me to call the contact and cancel the order. Fine on the 6th half of the order got delivered which was signed off by a family member to which I persisted to call again and ask for them to make a return. I even went as further as sending an email which was attended by Lynette Lewis who therefore advised that I can take the goods to one of homechoice showroom. I then used my own money to hire a car so I can take the goods there. Behold when I get to the show room in Lillian ngoyi pretoria, the consultant then says they don't take furniture meaning head office gave me wrong information. As I speak even today nothing has been picked up nor a mere phone call. I do follow up emails and calls but still no assistance. Now the goods have been credited to my balance. I need this to be fixed and come pick up your goods which are not even being utilized.
