Close my account !!!

After i've been a loyal customer for quite sometime Homechoice declines every order on my account. I'd like to close this account since i've opened an account with Inspire and there service is actually great compared to Homechoice who turns down loyal customers. I've never even received credit limit increases since i've had this dumb account. I am done with Homechoice for good. Consultants call me to waste my time by placing orders immediately it's being declined. Does Homechoice really have to keep wasting my time?
