CLOSE MY ACC

My acc was settled last year 2018 so 2dae i decided to close this acc as i do not want any debt under my name. I was told homechoice doesnt close accounts ***.How can that be? I want this account closed nd a letter sent to me that i closed the account i do not want a reduced credit i want it closed..

When i opened this acc i was never told that it can not be closed or i wouldn't have opened it.. HOMECHOICE YOU PLAYING DIRTY
