Close Homechoice or Change management entirely

Its is with a heavy and frustrated heart that i bring it under our consumers attention that ive discovered a retailer that delivers the worst customer experience and service all in one....also after sales service. Game stores *** service pales in comparison to the level of incompetence and unprofessional service i recieve from HOMECHOICE....if there is anyone working in a position of power at that store they need to be fired or someone needs to lose their job,i cant mention it enough how appalled i am at at what i have just experienced.....
