Close ********** account

An account was opened ********** and reported in august and its december now and know one is coming back to me with feed back i submited all required document (going to the police and opened a case ) my credit profile is messed up because of an account I did not open .I want it closed and removed under my name as I Did not open a account calling customer care is usless cause they been giving me different numbers to come back to me saying forensic guys have knocked off mind you the time its only 14:30 am so tired of doing follow back
