Close down the website please, its never correct

My order cancelled 1 day later there is stock online<br> Hi,<br> You will be glad to know that I have joined Alibaba online shop due to the dissatisfaction from homechoice.<br> On the 1st I made a order and did eft to yiur fnb account.On the 4th I recieved an sms says money was received.<br> A week later I went online to see if my order was on the way only to find my order canceled, no sms, email or fone call.I then went on hellopeter and reported this only to be told that the website is updated every 3 hours and the order is dispatched on a first come first serve.As far as I am know fnb to fnb is real time so if I made the eft on the 1st and my payment is only recieved after 3 days then homechoice is purely in the ancient days. Only if after recieving my payment it takes morethan a week to confirm if there is still stock then that too shows incompetency. Also if the website is updated every 3 hours and my order was cancelled and that gives you more than enough time to contact customer/me that there is no stock.Thursday I called and asked for my money back.<br> Friday I went online I foundthat there was stock, I called and the agent told me that there is no stock.
