Clos Homechoice account and update my status.

I paid off my homechoice account in July 2021. I also submitted the clearance certificate and still it shows I owe homechoice an outstanding amount, after a paid up letter was given to me. I would like this sorted out, as it is more than 6 months it still shows on my credit score.
