Client's rights being abused.
I placed an order with Homechoice on the 2nd of June 2020 for a cot bed, on the 15 a guy from fast and furious came and delivered a Mattress without the cot bed. On the 18 I called to cancel the order as the baby was due in just couple of days and I still had not received the bed. The agent advised that it had been dispatched, I can send it back with the driver and they will credit my account. On the 18 around 8PM fast and Furious arrived with a blanket, no bed, and I refused to sign for the blanket and informed the driver He should cancel the order, which he wrote on the receipt that it is canceled and I signed that it is canceled. He left with the blanket. On the 26 I get a call from fast and furious that they are outside my house to deliver a cot bed, which I informed them, I canceled the order, so I can't accept the cot as per the 18 of June. I called Homechoice to discuss the above and asking that my account be corrected, which I am informed that a cot was delivered according to their system, which I disputed and asked they do their internal investigation, I received a call last week from one of their agents offering me a heater in place of the cot bed which I refused, and informed her I am not interested, I just need the account to be corrected as I never received any cot bed. On the 17 July fast and furious was at my house again to deliver a cot bed, which I refused again as I have canceled the order. The guy adviced that Homechoice is the one giving instructions to get it delivered irrespective of I am not interested on the product anymore. So in simple words I am now being forced to take something I don't want. I have been calling to get the above issue resolved, credit my account as I never received the order, it makes no sense. If this is too hard to resolve I am willing to take it further up with the NCC.
