Clear my name

Homechoice phoned me saying l opened an account with them and received a parcel. To my knowledge l never opened an account nor received anything from them. When l questioned them where the parcel was delivered, told me Gauteng wherelse l don't even reeside in Gauteng or ever went there in Gauteng. They then asked to go to Police Station to do an affidavit, which l did and faxed to them. This account appears in my credit score as if l'm in arrears for something l don't know. I want them to clear my name there because l don't know anything about this account
