I still haven't received my refund, I called wrote on Facebook, hello Peter everything but still don't have my refund after this I'm going to the ombudsman coz I was told it wil b fixed till today I haven't received anything.

I ordered the harmony duvet set in Feb the 8th and paid R992, I do not live with my mother and only go there month e s the parcel was delivered but my mum did not open it, I went home on 30 March only to find its not my order but belongs to another gentleman (won't mention gentleman's name here) they call me on 1 April and I explain what happend and I am told I needed to let them know in 14 days even after I explained my situation then another lady by the name of Nolusindiso tells me my order was not a cash order and I should email my statement that proves it was cash which I will do but then another guy calls me by the name of Nkululeko and he says I must go and post the items back to them which I find unfair they delivered someone else's stuff to me why am I expected to use my petrol to go home and use my money to post these back to them, I still don't have my order
