Charged for something I don't know

Good day. On the 13 of April I got an SMS with the an account statement from Home Choice stating that I owe them R16 671 of which I know nothing about this order as I did not place any order from them. I called Home Choice and I spoke to Siviwe then she told that on 30 of March the goods were delivered of which none of those things were delivered. She said she will forward the query to the ***** department and up until now I'm still waiting for their call. This morning I called again and I spoke to Nomnikelo and she told me the turnaround time to fix this problem is 30 days and I'm not willing to wait for this long. I want to know who is the courier company and who delivered those goods and who processed this order under my name. I've been a loyal customer for long and I'm not expecting such negligence from such a big company. I'm not happy at all.
