Changing prices a

I bought two blankets online, a few days later they called to add an additional R300 on the price already paid. I asked them to cancel, they have since shipped one blanket and not refunded me my money. I keep calling and the agents just gang up without assisting. Horrible service n will not be returning, I still want my money
