Change refund

I bought blankets n paid more money for them now I have been asking homechoice to refund my change but no I'm being taken from Pilar to post instead of being given back my money it's mine I demand it back I don't owe them I paid cash so they must just give me my money back. I even sent them proof of payment and still today No1 is calling me and they have not payed n this happened 3 weeks ago.

This was the 1st time buying from home choice believe you me n it was the last.
Never again will I buy from them.
Simply because they rob customers of their money.
