Change of Contact number on the system

A lady called me yesterday 27 July from Home Choice her name is Dorris , she placed an order with me and promised i will recieve a sms straight away , to my suprise the sms did not come through , this morning 28 July i called customer care that i placed an Order and did not get sms , to my suprise your customer care advised the number on the system is not mine , but did not assist to update my details even though i verified myself to him and insisted that i send an email , Can this be rectified Urgently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as i have emailed but with no response.
