Change of address still not done

I placed an order without realizing that my address has not been updated, been trying to get it updated and ensure that the order gets delivered at the correct address. I get sent from one person to the next and no one is able to help me. I have sent 5 emails and phoned times! I either get no answer, sent to someone else or the call just gets cut. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I still don't even know if my order will be delivered to the correct address. I will definitely be closing this account, what a waste of time and money!
