Cant Close account.

I opened an account more than a year ago. I bought once and was not happy with the product and returned it. Since then i have never used this account and when i tried to close the account, i got an email saying home choice doesn't close accounts they keep it open for their records. i get a call every day from these people and i keep telling them i don't want to buy. I want my name off your records and stop CALLING ME. This is harassment. Don't open an account with these people their services are the worst.
