Cancelled order delivered twice, returned, account still charged partially

I cancelled my previous order,but received TWO deliveries for blankets, that I had to go and return to your showroom in Pretoria CENTRAL.

Now I still have an amount on my account as due!????

Investigate, rectify and close my account please.
