Cancelled an order and being harrassed

I ordered a bed from Homechoice and then changed my mind and cancelled the order. They confirmed cancellation via email. I have now been harrassed for several months from Homechoice \selling"my debt to VVM and to Nudebt. A debt which doesnt exist as nothing was ordered. I just received a credit report which states I am five months in arrears on my Homechoice account.
