Cancel my profile stop debiting my account

Homechoice is busy debiting my account and I returned the parcel end of June and called them sent them emails with the receipt of the courier guy they sent to fetch the parcel and they keep calling telling me to pay and debiting my account and I told them to cancel my profile cause I don't want anything to do with them cause I have never received any good service. Stop debiting my account and mess up my name with crediters.
