Can someone please call me

Good day ,i contacted homechoice in last week regarding my account . I made you aware that i am not working and forwarded all my documents to you yet nobody called ma back ,the only person who called me called on my husbands number ,why? this is my account not his so any calls should be made to my cell phone. When i told the lady i sent all my paper work because she was phoning regarding a payment ,she said oh ill check and then hung up and since then nobody else has called me. Now i couldve simply just not paid your account but emailed your company for assistance with my payments as my contract ended . So if someone call please call me to assist me and not just call for a payment and hang up the phone i will appreciate it .
