Call Centre Harrasment

I am infuriated with the constant harrassment from the Call Centre, I have NEVER shopped at Home Choice or given them my number. I get calls at least twice a day. They don't even ask for me. They ask for another name. Have asked to be taken off the system. Get cut off when I ask for a Supervisor. I keep blocking number to no avail, This surely is an infringement of the POPI Act? They just called for the 2nd time today as I am writing this!!!!!!!!!!
