Call Center service is a Joke.

I received the worst service from Home Choice, in fact i have not received any service , their call center is a joke. I have a query that has been pending for 2 months where i purchased a washing machine only to find that it is leaking. I called Samsung and they referred me to Home Choice, since then it has been a nightmare, I call this team leader Unathi everyday who is always busy or on lunch. She never gets back to me. I never receive feedback, they are suppose to be picking up this machine and giving me a refund. Funny how fast i received it and now when it is faulty no one seems to care. I am paying for a washing machine i do not use. FYI i am 9 months pregnant and very stressed. Customer service is terrible, between the warehouse and the call center something is very wrong.
